NOTICE IS GIVEN HEREWITH, that pursuant to PA. R.C.P. No. 4007.1 the
depoRition of H. Craig Gsle of 508 Gale Road, camp Hill, cumberland County,
pennsylvania 17011 will be taken on oral examination at the officos of Ronald
D. Butler, P.c., 300 North second street, penthouse suite, Harrisburg, PA
17101 on Wedneoday, November 16, 1994 at 11.00 A.M. and at any and all
adjournmento thereof.
For purpooe of this Notico of Deposition, the term "document" ohall
refer to all written, printed, recorded or graphic materialo and mattere of
any kind and description, in both draft and finsl formo (including all
attachmento or addenda annexed thereto), whether inocribed by hand or by
mechanical, electronic, microfilm, video and audio tape, photograph,
