Pendinq a conciliation conference, the Plaintiff wishes to confirm
custody of the minor child in Plaintiff, with whom the child
currently resides, and to qrant partial custody riqhts in the
Defendant for the followinq reasons:
A. The Plaintiff is fearful that the Defendant will leave the
jurisdiction of the Court prior to a conciliation conference.
B. The Plaintiff does not wish to deny the Defendant the
opportunity to have contacts with the minor child pendinq the
conciliation conference; however, for the reason stated above, the
Plaintiff believes and therefore averB that it is in the best
interest of the child to provide for an interim order confirminq
custody in the Plaintiff with partial custody rights in the
Defendant.

Each parent who has parental riqhtB to the child have not been
terminated and the person who has phYBical custody of the child haB
been named as parties to this action.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requestB this Honorable Court to qrant
Plaintiff's request for special relief qrantinq to the Plaintiff
primary physical custody of the minor child, Anthony E. Coy, date
of birth March 9, 1993, and grantinq Defendant partial phYBical
custody at such timeB aB the parties can aqree and, after hearing,

the Plaintiff's request for special relief, and pending the
conciliation conference and further order of Court, the parties
shall have shared legal and physical custody of the minor child,
Anthony E. Coy, born March 9, 1993, and neither party shall remove
the child from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania nor secrete the
location of the child from the other.

Pending a conciliation conference, the Plaintiff wishes to confirm
custody of the minor child in Plaintiff, with whom the child
currently resides, and to grant partial custody rights in the
Defendant for the following reasons:
A. The Plaintiff is fearful that the Defendant will leave the
jurisdiction of the Court prior to a conciliation conference.
B. The Plaintiff does not wish to deny the Defendant the
opportunity to have contacts with the minor child pending the
conciliation conference~ however, for the reason stated above, the
Plaintiff believes and therefore avers that it is in the best
interest of the child to provide for an interim order confirming
cUBtody in the Plaintiff with partial custody rights in the
Defendant.

Each parent who has parental rights to the child have not been
terminated and the person who haB physical custody of the child has
been named as partieB to this action.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests thiB Honorable Court to grant
Plaintiff'B request for special relief granting to the Plaintiff
primary physical custody of the minor child, Anthony E. Coy, date
of birth March 9, 1993, and granting Defendant partial physical
custody at such times as the parties can agree and, after hearing,
grant custody of the child to Plaintiff.
