2. Each Mortgagor named in paragraph 1 executed a Note as
evidence of the debt secured by the Mortgage.
3. The real property which is subject to the Mortgage is
generally known as 12-20-1856-022, 947 Woodland Drive,
Lemonyne, PA 17043 and is more specifically described in
the legal description attached as Exhibit "1" (the
"Mortgaged Property").
4 . The Name and address of each Defendant is: Warren W. Chiu
a/k/a Wai Hung Chiu and Winnie W. Chiu a/k/a Wai Chang
Chui and Yuet Kam Lee, 947 Woodland Drive, Lemonyne, PA
17043.
The Interest of each individual Defendant is as

If any Defendant above-named is deceased, this action
shall proceed against the deceased Defendant's heirs,
assigns, successors, administrators, personal

Plaintiff, ITT Residential capital Servicing Corporation, by
its attorneys, SHAPIRO & KREISMAN, moves to amend its Complaint,

1. Plaintiff, on or about August 22, 1994, filed a Complaint
in Mortgage Foreclosure against the above-named Defendants.
2. The United states of America (USA) is a party to this
action by vir.tue of its claim of a Federal tax lien, Judgment, or
other interest it may have in and against 12-20-1856-022, 947
Woodland Drive, Lemonyne, PA 17043, the mortgaged premises. A copy
of a document setting forth the USA's tax lien, Judgment, or other
interest, is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A".
3. The USA's interest was not discovered until after the
filing of this Complaint, therefore, the USA was inadvertently not
named as a party Defendant to this action.
