BEGINNING at a point on the Southern right-of-way line of Haymarket
Way at the dividing line of lot No. 2 and lot No. 3 as shown on
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Recording;
THENCE BY aforementioned dividing line and partially through the
center of a partition wall South 10 degrees 29 minutes 04 seconds
