ON DEMAND, I promise to pay to the order of Raymond E. and
Genevieve A. Diehl the sum of Thirty Thousand and OO/lOO
($30,000.00) Dollars upon the sale of my property located at 303
Raymond Avenue, Boiling springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
or within one year of the date of this Note, whichever shall
first occur. The obligation can be paid in full with out
penalty at any time by tendering the unpaid principal balance to
Raymond E. and Genevieve A. Diehl. All payments on this Note
shall be made to Raymond E. & Genevieve A. Diehl

And to secure the payment of said amount, I hereby
authorize, irrevocably, any attorney of any Court of Record to
appear for us in sych Court, in term time or vacation, at any
time hereafter, and confess judgment, without process, in favor
of the holder of this Note, for such amount as may appear to be
unpaid thereon, whether due or not together with costs, and to
waive and release all errors which may intervene in such
proceedings and to consent to immediate execution upon such
judgment; with 15% attorneys fees charged; hereby ratifying and
confirming all that our said Attorney may do by virtue hereof.
