consideration of the foregoing application and on the motion of
Richard C. Snelbaker, Esquire, Attorney for the South Middleton
School District, the prayer of the foregoing application is
granted and the following persons are hereby appointed School
Police Officers for the South Middleton School District for the
year ending June 30, 1995, said persons being subject to the
powers, duties and requirements of the Public School Code of
1949, as amended, Section 778 (24 P.S. 7-778) upon compliance
with the other requirements of the aforesaid Act:

IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF
CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
NO. 94-
CIVIL TERM
PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF SCHOOL POLICE OFFICERS
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The South Middleton School District by its Solicitor,
Richard C. snelbaker, Esquire, does hereby make application to
this Court for the appointment of School Police Officers for the
South Middleton Sohool District under the provisions ot the
Public School Code of 1949, as amended, section 778 (24 P.S. 7-
778), and represents as follows:
1.
That the South Middleton School District is a duly organized
and constituted school district located in Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
2,
That said South Middleton School District is desirous of and
in need of School Police Officers to act as policemen of said
School District.
3.
That the Board of School Directors of the South Middleton
School District has by resolution adopted on August 15, 1994,
designated the following named persons to act as School Police
Officers for the school year ending June 30, 1995, sUbject to the
appointment by your Honorable Court:
