WITNESSETH: Whereas, the parties hereto are Husband and wife, having been married on January 23, 1980 in carlisle, pennsylvania. whereas, difficulties have arisen between the parties and it is their intention to live separate and apart, and the parties are desirous of settling completely the economic and other rights and obligations between each other includlng, without limitation: the ownership and equitable distributlon of marltal property, the past, present and future support, alimony, alimony pendente lite and/or maintenance of either of them, payment of counsel fees and in general, any and all claims and possible claims by one against the other or against their respective estates and to accept the provisions of this Agreement in lleu of and in full settlement and satisfaction of all such rights and claims.
