On or about January 30, 1994, the defendant threw and broke nu.erous hou8l1hold objects, oyerturned a dininll roo. chair, and threw a heavy .antel decoration at the plaintiff hitting her on the lower right leg causing her to have severe pain and fall tD the floor, d. On or about January 8, 1990, during an incident that lasted approxi.ately two hours, the defendant repeatedly pushed and punched the plaintiff about her chest and ar.s causing nuaerous bruises. The defendant threw the plaintiff across a roo. and restrained her on a bed while he held a knife and threatened to kill her, When the plaintiff tried to escape, the defendant while loading a shotgun threatened t,o kill her if she went out the door, The plaintiff was treated at the Carlisle Hospital after this incident. 5. The defendant, Robert S. Leonard, ;s enjoined from physically abusing the plaintiff, Rebecca D. Leonard, or from placing her in fear of abuse. 2, The defendant is ordered to refrain from stalking the plaintiff and from harassing the plaintiff or her relatives. 3. The defendant is orderod to refrain from damaging or destroying any property owned by the plaintiff or any property jointly owned by the parties. 4. This Order shall remain in effect for a period of one year. 5. The Pennsylvania State, North Middleton Township, and Carlisle Police Departments will be provided with a copy of this Order by attorneys for plaintiff. This Order shall be enforced by any law enforcement agency when a violation occurs by arrest for indirect criminal contempt, The arrest may be without warrant upon probable cause that this Order has been violated, whether or not the violation is committed in th~ presence of the police officer.
