1994, upon
consideration of the parties' Consent Agreement, the following
Order is entered with regard to custody of the parties'
children, Jamie L. and Amanda S. Scott.
1. The plaintiff, hereinafter referred to as the mother,
and the defendant, hereinafter referred to as the father, will
share legal custody of the children.
2. The mother will have primary physical custody of the
chidlren.
3. The defendant will have partial custody of the children
on the 2nd and 4th weekend of every month from Friday evening
until Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
4. The father will the children on Christmas Day each year
from 40:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
5. The parties will share the following holidays: Easter,
Thanksgiving, Memorial Day the Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
6. The father will have the right to see the children on
their birthdays at a time to be agreed upon by the mother and
father.
7. The father will have the right to partial custody of the
children for two weeks of each summer. The father will give the

CONSENT AGREEMENT . i
Thill Agreement is entered on this .!l tj (. day of IlU1(,J,
1994, by the plaintiff, Terrisa S. scott, and the defendant,
Franklin L. Scott. The plaintiff is represented by Joan Carey of
Legal Services, Inc.; the defendant is unrepresented but is aware
of his right to have an attorney.
The defendant and the plaintiff agree to the entry of the
following custody Order regarding their children, Jamie L. and
Amanda S. Scott:
1. The plaintiff, hereinafter referred to as the mother,
and the defendant, hereinafter referred to as the father, will
share legal custody of the children.
2. The mother will have primary physical custody of the
children.
3. The father will have partial custody of the children on
the 2nd and 4th weekend of every month from Friday evening until
Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
4. The father will have the children on Christmas Day each
year from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
5. The parties will share the following holidays:
Easter, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July and Labor
Day.
6. The father will have the right to see the children on

their birthdays at a time to be mutually agreed upon by the
mother and father.
7. The father will have the right to partial custody of the
children for two weeks of each summer. The father will give the
mother two weeks notice as to which weeks he w~nts. The mother
also has the right to take the children on a summer vacation
including a maximum of two weekends.
8, The mother and father, by mutual agreement, may vary
from th i s schedlll e at any time but the Order sha 11 rema i n in
effect until either party petitions to have it changed.
9. The mother and father agree to notify the other
immediately of medical emergencies which arise while the children
are in that parent's care.
10. The parties realize that their children's well being is
paramount to any differences they might have between themselves.
Therefore, they agree that neither party will do anything which
may estrange the children from the other parent, or injure the
opinion of the children as to the other parent or which may
hamper the free and natural development of the children's love or
respect for the other parent.
WHEREFORE, the parties request that an Order of Court be
entered to reflect the above terms.

1. The plaintiff is Terrisa S. Scott, residing at 408 S.
Fayette Street, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
17257.
2. The defendant is Franklin L. scott, residing at 304 N.
Fayette street, Apartment 306, Shippensburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17257.
3. The plaintiff seeks custody of the following children:

6. The plaintiff has not previously participated as a party
or witness, or in another capacity, in other litigation
concerning the custody of the children in this or another court.
7. The plaintiff has no information of a custody proceeding
concerning the children pending in a court of this commonwealth.
8. The plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to
the proceedings who has physical custody of the children or
claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to the
children.
9. The best interest and permanent welfare of the children
will be served by granting the relief requested because the
plaintiff has been the primary caretaker of the children and
wishes to continue in that role.
10. Each parent whose parental rights to the children have
not been terminated and the person who has physical custody of
the children have been named as parties to this action.
