1994, by and between RICHARD A. BELL, trading and doing business
as BELL LANDSCAPING AND HOME IMPROVEMENTS, of 1085 Valley street,
Enola, PA, hereinafter referred to as contractor, AND MARK C.
WALKER and LORETTA T. WALKER, his wife, of Lewisberry, PA,
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook
and agreed to make improvements to property located at 309 East
Main street, situate in the Borough of MechanicablJrg, cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH I 'rhat the said
contractor, for and in consideration ot tho Bum of One ($1.00)
Dollar to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in
the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their Aubcontractors,
and all parties acting through or undor thom, covenant and agree
that no mechanic's liens or claims ahnll bo filod or maintained
by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account ot any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the aaid buildings on tho lot above described,
and the said contractor, tor themnolvoo, their aubcontractors and
others under them hereby oxpreosly waive and rolinquish the right
to have, tile, and maintain any mochanic's liens or claims
against the oaid buildings or any or them and agree that this
