Your petitioner is an adult individual residing at 420 Pawnee Drive, Mechanicsburg, cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. Your petitioner has received a notice of license suspension, dated August 8, 1994, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A". 3. The aforesaid notice indicates that the defendant is being suspended for an alleged violation of Section 1547 of the Motor Vehicle Code for chemical test refusal. 4. Said suspension is unjust, improper and illegal. 5. Said suspension is unjust, improper and illegal tor reasons including the following: (a) there was inadequate reason to believe that the defendant was under the influence of alcohol to the extent that she was incapable of safe driving at the time of. the request; VERIFICATION I verity that the statements made in the toregoing document are true and correct.
