Executors of Edward 2 Shippen late of the city of Philadelphia, Esquire, deceased and Trustees for the heirs and devises of the said Edward Shippen and to Joseph Shippen 01 the Borough of Lancaster, County of Lancaster, Esquire. 7. Said warrant and ths survey made thereon were c::ompleted on July 25, lBOB and were returned on August 1 B, 1 B08 and accepted on August 24, 1 BOB, and showed, pursuant to the surveyor's draft, a tract 01 223 Acres, 76 perches plus allowance of six (6%) per cent for roads, etc., recorded In Survey Book "C" volume 9, pags 125.
