pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows,

BEGINNING at a point on the Northern dedicated right-of-way
line of Wetherburn Road (50' wide) at the dividing line of Lot
No. 23 and Lot No. 24, said point also being located 399.51 feet
West of the Western extremity of an arc connecting the Northern
right-of-way line of Wetherburn Road and the Western right-of-wI.lY
line of Cavan Crossing (50' wide) I thence by the Northern
right-of-way line of Wetherburn Road North 68 degrees 38 minutes
40 seconds West 40.10 feet to a point; thence by same by a curve
to the right having a radius of 125.00 feet and an arc length of
49.30 feet to a point; thence by same North 46 degrees 02 minutes
54 seconds West 3.15 feet to a point; thence by line of Lot No.
22 North 43 degrees 57 minutes 06 seconds East 125.00 feet to a
point; thence by line of other lands of Logan's Run South 46

by same South 61 degrees 32 minutes 39 seconds East 7.88 feet to

BEING Lot No. 23 of the Final Subdivision Plan of Logan's Run,
Phase I, recorded in Plan Book 63, Page 99.
BEING subj ect to certain storm sewer easements as shown on
the above mentioned plan of recording.
BEING part of the same premises which Logan's Run Associates,
a Pennsylvania General Partnership consisting of Logan's Run

Corporations, by its deed to be recorded simultaneously herewith,
