SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
HADI the J'1J;1l day of A " u ~ -t , in the year One Thousand
Nine Hundtectllnd ninety-fo~ (1994), between:
WILLIAM CHANOFF and GOLDA CHANOFF, his wife, of Philadelphi4,
Pennsylvania, GRANTOR,
AND
RAYMOND J. GEIST, JR. and MARGARET J, GEIST, his wife, of Hampden
Township, Pennsylvania, GRANTEES,
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of Thirty Six Thousand and 00/100
Dollars ($36,000.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the said Grantor does hereby grant and convey to the
said Grantees:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Western right-of-way line of Newgate
on the dividing line of lot *105 and lot *106 as shown on here-
inafter mentioned Plan of Recording;
THENCE BY aforementioned dividing line North 31 degrees 22 minutes
S3 seconda West 160.48 feet to a point on the Eastern line of lot
.136; Thence by aforementioned line North 82 degrees 07 minutes 11
seconds East 79.69 feet to a point on the Southern line of lot
.135; Thence by aforementioned lot line and that of lot .134 South
Sg degrees 01 minute 13 seconds East 102.36 feet to a point on the
dividing line of lot *106 and lot *107; Thence by aforementioned
dividing line South 19 degrees 30 minutes 32 seconds West 95.38
feet to a point on the Northern right-of-way line of Newgate;
Thence by aforementioned right-of-way line by a curve to the left
having a radius of 60.00 feet an arc length of 53.29 feet to a
point being the place of beginning.
