report, it appearing that the parties agreed upon the terms and
',provisions of this order, we hereby order as follows:

1, Legal custody of the minor child. Shaunta Nicole Roush, born August 19, 1988,
:Sh811 be shared by her parents, the Plaintiff, Annette L. Roush, and the Defendant,
"Terry A, Roush.
2, Primary physical custody of the said child shall continue with her mother.

3, The father of the child, Terry A. Roush, shall have and enjoy the following
, periods of temporary or partial custody of the child:
A, Alternating weekends from Friday at 3:30 p,m. until Sunday at 5:00
p,m. COMMencing on Friday, October 21, 1994.
B. Four (4) weeks during the child's summer vacation each year, in two
separate blocks of two weeks each. The father shall give the mother at least
sixty (60) days advance notice of the times and dates he chooses to exercise
these periods.
C. From 4:00 p,m. until 7:00 p.m. on the child's birthday every year.
4. The parties shall share phyaical custody of the child on holidaya as follows:
A. Over Thanksgiving in even-numbered years, the mother shall have the
child trom 3:30 p,m. on Wednesday until 5:00 p.m, on Sunday. In odd-numbered
years, the father shall have the child the same times and days.
