Report, it is ordered and
J. Pending further Order of this Court or agreement of the
partie", the Mother, Deborah F. Rupp, shall have primary
phy"i~al oustody of Kelly Jean Bear, born April 23, 1984.
2. The Father, John A. Bear, shall enjoy temporary physical
oustody of the minor child as follows:
A. Starting October 29, 1994, every Saturday from noon
until 5 P.M.
B. Starting December 3, 1994, every Saturday from 9 A.M.
until 7 P.M.

3. The Father shall handle all transportation for exchange of
custody.
4. The parties shall meet for another Custody Conciliation
Conference on January 19, 1994 at 8:30 A.M.
5. The parties may between themselves modify this visitation
schedule. Additionally, Father shall insure that the minor
child shall be ~n the custody of the Father or the Father's
ourrent wife at all times while the Father has temporary
custody of the child, with the purpose of this ~estriction
being such that Kelly is not left alone ~t)this/time with
the children of Mrs. Bear. '

contuct wllh Petitioner's counsel the home lelephone number of the Petitioner. 111is telephone
conversullon occurred on Friday, October 28, 1994, At thut time, Respondelll's counsel wus
provided with un emergency phone number for the I)etltioner's mother's residcnce, however,
the Petitioner's phone number was not given to Respondent's counsel due to the history of
telephone harussment thut exists between these purties.
6, In April of 1994. the Respondelll was found guilty of telephone harassment 1II1ll wus
tined und put on 6 months probation by the Court due to her continued vexatious harusslllent
by telephonc of the Petitioner and his family,
7. Over the preceding two years, the Petitioner and his fumlly have been forced to
change their telephone number in excess of 10 times due to the Respondent's continued
telephone harassment. Petitioner currently has an unlisted phone number and does not wish
totUnl this number over to the Respondent for fear of further telephone harussment.
8, Respondent has shown cOlllinual int1exibility in allowing the Petitioner access to his
daughter, Respondent has denied visitation with the parties' child since Christmas of 1992. It
was this constant denial of access that caused the Petitioner to me his Petition for Custody
with the Court on September 2, 1994 leading the Court to schedule the recelll Custody
Conciliation,
9, The continued int1exibility of the Respondent with respect to paternal visitation was
demonstrated at the Conciliation Conference when Respondent initially communicated to the
participants of the Conciliation Conference that she did not understand the necessity of
paternal visits, Upon her departure from the Conciliation Conference, the Respondent
initiated a confrontation with the Petitioner's wife to such a degree that it was necessary for
