AND NOW come a the Petitioner, Rebecca L. Norris, by and
through her attorneys, Mancke, Wagner, Hershey & Tully who make the
following avermenta in support of this License Suspension Appeal:
1. Petitioner Rebecca L. No~ris is an adult individual with
aresidence address at 908 West Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17055.
2. Respondent Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of
Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing has a mailing address at
Room 103 Transportation and Safety Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120.
3, Petitioner received an official Notice with a mail date
of August 8, 1994, from Respondent indicating that her driving
privileges are to be suspended for a period of 1 year as a result
of a conviction of Section 1543 of the Vehicle Code. See Notice
From Respondent marked as Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
4. The proposed suspension as outlined in Exhibit "A" is
illegal, invalid, and improper for some or all of the following
reaaons:

representations of George H. Kabusk, Assistant Counsel for the Department of Transportation,
that the motorist, Rebecca Lynne Norris, was found not guilty of the underlying offense which
resulted in the suspension which is the subject of the above referenced appeal, the appeal in the
above. referenced matter is REMANDED to the Department of Transportation to update its
records in accordance the disposition from the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, and
to RESCIND the suspension which is the subject of this appeal.
