contractor, AND SCOTT L. AUGHENBAUGH and DONNA L. AUGHENBAUGH,

17074, hereinafter referred to as owner, whereby the former
undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single-family
residential dwelling on that certain lot of ground situate in
Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No.
214, Wallingford Way, on the Plan of Lots of Hampden Hearth Final
Plan Phase III, recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of
Deeds Office in Plan Book 62, Page 139. Being part of the same
premises which The First Bank and Trust Company of Mechanicsburg,
PA, Executor under the Last will and Testament of Richard R,
Hoerner, by Deed dated November 20, 1986 and recorded in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book "I",
Volume 32, Page 83, granted and conveyed unto H S Service
corporation, Trustee for Hampden Hearth Joint venture, a joint
venture of H S Service Corporation, a PA corporation, and Equico
Realty Group, a PA General Partnership, Also being the same
premises which H S service Corporation, Trustee for Hampden
Hearth Joint Venture, a joint venture of H S Service Corporation,
a PA corporation, and Equico Realty Group, a PA General
