BEGINNING at an existing Iron pipe on the western right-of-way line of
Lancaster Avenue; thence along lands NIP of Edwin Rlckenbaugh south

BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Peggy R. Byrem. widow, by deed dated
August~. 1992 and recorded AURust 7,1992 in the Recorder of Deeds Office
in and for Cumberland County. PA in Deed Book V-35. page 28, granted and
conveyed unto Christopher D. Hicks and Pamela D. Hicks, husband and wife,
their heirs and assigns.
