2. On AUBust 5. 1994, the olaim for non-payment of
.aid municipal services was entered as a lien a.ain.t 829
South Humer Street, Township of East Penn.boro, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania and the lien was docketed to No.
94-4413.
3. On September 14. 1994, the Baid lien was reduced
to a judBment which was docketed to NO. 94-5248 Civil Term.
4. The Sheriff hae been able to locate Rayman V.
CraiB and make personal service upon him; however the
Sheriff has been unable to locate the Defendant, Robert C.
Grubb, Jr. and has been unable to obtain personal service
upon the Defendant, Robert C. Grubb, Jr. regarding the
Sheriff Sale scheduled for Deoember 7, 1994.
5, The Sheriff hae poeted the eubjeot premises with
the Sale Billi hae placed legal advertisement of the Sale
Bill in the Cumberland Law Journal and Metro West/Patriot
News,
6. Service of the notice of Sheriff Sale was
attempted but not made upon the Defendant Robert C. Grubb,
