CUSTOP-'l 1, The parties shall share legal custody of the minor child while Mother shall have primary physical custody and Father shall have partial physical custody, 2, Father shall have one weekend with the child per month commencing Friday evening at 6:00 p.m, and ending Sunday evening at 0:00 p.m, Father shall advise mother of his intended weekend within a reasonable time, 3, Father shall have two weeks of vacation with the child giving Mother sixty days advance notice thereof, Father may take his two weeks either together or separately, 4. Father shall have reasonable telephone access with the child, 5. Mother shall advise Father in writing of her address as well as the child's daycare provider within seven days of any change. 6, HOLIDAYS: The parties shall alternate major holidays on an even/odd year basis, commencing with Labor Day, 1995, in Mother. In odd years, Mother shall have Memorial Day, Labor Day and Christmas. In odd years, Father shall have Easter, Fourth of July and Thanksgiving, In even years, the parties shall switch the foregoing holiday schedule. The holiday schedule shall take precedent over any regular scheduled custodial periods with the exception of Father's vacation time. Father shall not schedule vacation time for a period in which Mother is entitled to a holiday under these terms. The parties shall share legal custody of the minor child while Mother shall have primary physical custody and Father shall have partial physical cuotody, 2, Father shall have one weekend with the child per month commencing Friday evening at 6: 00 p. m. and ending Sunday evening at 8: 00 p, m, Father shall advise mother of his intended weekend within a reasonable time, 3, Father shall have two weeks of vacation with the child giving Mother sixty days advance notice thereof.
