You have been sued in court.

COMPLAINT
The plaintiff Richard Reginald Schell, Pro se. sets forth the
following cause of action:
DIVORCE UNDER 23 Pa.C.S. 330l(c\ OF THE DIVORCE CODE
1. Plaintiff is Richard Reginald Schell, who currently resides at
the State Correctional Institution at Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17001-0200. Plaintiff has resided at SCI Camp Hill since
October 5, 1992.
2. Prior to incarceration Plaintiff resided in Philadelphia
County, Pennsylvania,
3. Defendant is Tina Marie Coates, who currently resides at 3126
West Diamond St., Apartment A, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19121 since
November 1990.
4. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents of the
Commonwealth for at least six months immediately previous to the filing
of this complaint.
5. The plaintiff and defendant were married on July 27, 1993 at
Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
6. Plaintiff and defendant have never lived together.
7. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for annulment
between the parties,
8. The marriage is irretrievably broken.
