5. The relationship of the Plaintiffs to the subject
minor child is that of paternal grandmother and paternal step-
qrandfather.
6. The relationship of the Defendant, Gregory S.
Callender, to the subject minor child is that of natural father.
7. The relationship of the Defendant, Amanda L. Wisman,
to the subject minor child is that of natural mother.
8. The minor child has resided at the following
addresses, in the custody of the following individuals:
a) From the birth, July 21, 1993 until November 11,
1993 - the subject child resided with Defendant, Amanda L. Wisman,
at 2243 North Second Street, Harr isburg, Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania.
b) November 11, 1993 until present - the subject
child resides with the Plaintiffs at 20 Old Orchard Circle, Camp
Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
9. There have been no prior actions for custody of the
subject minor child in this or any other jurisdiction.
10. The Plaintiffs are not aware of the existence of any
other individuals who have any type of claim whatsoever regarding
the custody of the subject minor child.
