COUNT I - DIVORCB
1. Plaintiff is Stacy George, who currently resides 704 I
Stanwix Circle, Carli.sle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is James George, whose current incarcerated
in the State Correctional Institute of Telachapi, California.
Hill mailing address 18 E31289, Briggs Hall, Bed 49L, P.Q. Box
107, State Prison, Telachapi, CA 93581.
3.
Plaintiff has been
a bona fide resident in the
Commonwealth for at least six months immediately previous to the
filing of this Complaint.
4. The plaintiff and defendant were married on February 1,
1984 in San Bernandio, California.
5. There has been a divorce complaint filed under Section
3301(a)(5) of the Divorce Code on September 20, 1994 in
Cumberland County, Pennsyvlania.
There also has been a prior
action in divorce filed in Los Angeles, California, but not
finalized.
6. The marriage is irretrievably broken, and the parties
are proceeding under Section 3301(c) of the Divorce Code.
