upon consideration of. the foregoing application and on the motion
of SNELBAKER & BRENNEMAN, P.C., Attorneys for the East pennsboro
Area School District, the prayer of the foregoing application is
granted and the following persons are hereby appointed School
Police Officers for the East pennsboro Area School District for
the year ending June 30, 1995, said persons being subject to the
powers, duties and requirements of the Public School Code of
1949, as amended, Section 778 (24 P.S. 7-778) upon compliance
with the other requirements of the aforesaid Act:

PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF SCHOOL POLICE OFFICERS
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The East pennsboro Area School District by its Solicitor,
SNELBAKER & BRENNEMAN, P.C., Attorneys, does hereby make
application to this Court for the appointment of School Police
Officers for the East Pennsboro Area School District under the
provisions of the Public school Code of 1949, as amended, Section
778 (24 P.S. 7-778), and represents as follows:
1.
That the East pennsboro Area School District is a duly
organized and constituted school district located in Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
2.
That said East Pennsboro Area School District is desirous of
and in need of School Police Officers to act as policemen of said
School District.
3.
