AND NOW, July 27, 1994, this matter having come forward
for a hearing and without any findings of fact and upon
agreement of. the pa~ties, it is hereby ORDERED AND DIRECTED as
follows:
1. The Defendant, Barry W. Wetzler, is directed to
refrain from abusing, harassing or threatening the Plaintiff,
Kim M, Wetzler:
2. The Defendant, Barry W, Wetzler, is directed to stay
away from the Plaintiff. Kim M. Wetzler's, residence at
R. D. i2, Box 50A, Newport, PA, or any place she resides ana
also from her place of employment wher~vei~that may be during

the pendency of this order, with 'the ,exception of the
visitation and tempot"at"y custody rights wlth respect to the
subject child;
3. The pat"ties shall enjoy a shared legal custody
arrangement and shall
alternate physical custody on a
tempot"ary basis as follows:
Thet"e shall be two (2) segments
of visitation, the fit"st being from Sunday at 12:00 Noon until
Thursday at 9:00 A,M, and the second segment being from
Thursday at 9:00 A,M. until Sunday at 12:00 Noon, with each
party altet"nuting segments with mothet" commencing Thursday at
9:00 A.M., July 28, 1994.
