WAGNER, Owners MUNICIPAL LIEN DOCKET MUNICIPAL CLAIM AND NOW, comes the Borough of Mount Holly Springs, who files this Municipal Claim against Robert A. Wagner and Margaret A. Wagner, Owners, and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by them and described as follows: 330 North Baltimore Avenue Mount Holly Springs, PA 17065 Tax Property Map: 23-32-2336 Parcel Number: 068 for sewer, water and trash services rendered from January 1, 1994 to June 30, 1994. Said services were rendered pursuant to Borough Code of Ordinances, Chapters XVIII, Part 2, XXIV, Part 2 and IX, Part 1 as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners' account with the Borough of Mount Holly Springs, which sum of $319.56 for the above period was duly assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning July 1, 1994 and for which u\~ ,.
