Petitioner is duly licensed to operate motor vehicles in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania pursuant to Operator's License No. 17631254. 3, On August 24. 1994, the Director of the Bureau of Driver Licensing. Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, suspended Petitioner's operating privileges effective October 5, 1994 Under authority of Section 1532(B) of the Motor Vehicle Code. 4. Petitioner has filed a Notice of Appeal for the underlying conviction which caused the suspension. A copy of the Notice of Appeal is attached hereto as Exhibit MAM. 5, No hearing De Novo has been set on Petitioner's Appeal, and therefore, the order of the Director of the Bureau of Driver Licensing in suspending Petitioner's license is illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, and an abuse of discretion and contrary to the law. , __ _.1 , , ' , ' c.lwpSI\qI\marO'ld_pd.
