The vehicle described has a present value of approximately $700.00. 5. There remains a lien on the property which a payoff of approximately $700.00. A copy of the Petition for Partition is attached hereto as Exhibit. A., 2. The Court issued a Rule returnable twenty (20) days after service. Service was made by the Sheriff of York County on October 17, 1994. 3. Twenty (20) days have elapsed since service. and no answer has been filed by the Respondent. 4. The vehicle which is the subject of this action must be sold as salvage, and the proceeds thereof applied to an outstanding lien on the automobile. WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays this Honorable Court to order Respondent, Renee M. Vanzanardi. to deliver to Petitioner, Brian Meloy. a fully and properly executed certificate of title to the 1989 Ford Sedan. VIN 1 FAPP959XKT111801. and to execute any and all documents further required by the Department of Transportation to transfer all her right. title and interest of said vehicle to Petitioner.
