Pennsylvania ("Owner"), is about to execute contemporaneously herewith. a contrafit with
Cumberland Design & Building Co., Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation. of P.O. Box 248,
Carlisle, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania ("Contractor"), for the erection of an industrial
manufacturing building upon a lot of land situate in Dickinson Township. Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania. being known as 2510 Ritner Highway, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Legal Description:
ALL that certain triangular tract of land situate in the Township of Dickinson,
County of CumberlEdld, and State of Pennsyl';ania. more particularly bounded
and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of the Mooredale Road and the
center line of U.S. Route 11; thence along the center of the Mooredale Road,
South 11 degrees 45 minutes East, a distance of Five Hundred Seventy-four
and Seventeen Hundredths (574.17) feet to a railroad spike in line of lands of
Vance Charles HoUer; thence along said lands of Vance Charles Holler. North
82 degrees 45 minutes West. a distance of Nine Hundred Seventy-five and
Eighty-one Hundredths (975.81) feet to a point in the center of the said U.S.
Route 11; thence along the center line of said U.S. Route 11, North 62 degrees
44 minutes East. a distance of Nine Hundred Fifty-seven and Four Tenths
(957.4) feet to a point ,1t the intersection of the center lines of U.S. Route 11
and the Mooredale Road, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 6.08 Acres. on which there is erected a masonry building.

NOW, September 28, 1994, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said
Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials fer the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with it and the further consideration of one
Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner it is agreed that no lien shall be fIled against the
building by Contractor, or any sub.contrattor, nor by any of the material men or workmen
or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived,
WITNESS, our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.
