For value ~eceived the undersigned, ON DEMAND, promise to pay
to the order of CLARENCE C. GILL, Fifteen Thousand and 00/100
($15,000.00) Dollars, together with interest at the rate of five
(5') percent percent per annum.
To secure payment of this Note we hereby authorize,
irrevocably, the Prothonotary, Clerk of Court, or any Attorney of
any Court of Record to appear for us in any such Court, at any
time, before or after maturity and confess judgment against us in
favor of any holder of this Note with or without the filing of an
Averment of Default, with releases of errors, without stay of
execution, and for such amount as may appear to be unpaid thereon,
together with charges, attorney's fees and costs as herein
provided.
WAIVER
IN EXECUTING THIS NOTE, WE UNDERSTAND THE TRANSACTION, AND
~OWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE OUR RIGHTS TO CONTEST THE ENTRY OF
THIS JUDGMENT AGAINST US IN COURT, AND DO HEREBY CONSENT TO THE
