COMPLAINT IN EJECTMENT
I. The Plaintiff is Adams County National Bank, a national banking corporation
otaanized and exLstina under ihe laws of Congress relating to national bl1llks, wiih its main
office at 675 Old Harrisburg Road, Cumberland Township, Adams County. Gettysburg,
Pennsylvania 17325.
2. The Defendants are Robert P. Rickard and Katherine B. Rickard, adult individuals,
whose last known residence address is 359 State Road, Gardners, Pennsylvania 17324, (the
"premises"), more fully described in ihe legal description attached as Exhibit "A."
3. Plaintiff is the record owner of the premises where Defendants, Rober! P. Rickard
and Katherine B. Rickard, reside. having acquired title by Sheriffs Deed dated September 21.
1994, and recorded October 6, 1994, pursuam to a Sheriff's Sale duly held in Cumberiand
County, Pennsylvania, on September 7, 1994. 11le Sheriff's Sale was aUlhoriz.ed under the
terms of a foreclosure aClion and judgment ihereon in the Cour! of Common Pleas of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, at No. 363 CIVIL 1991.
