1. I, Jennifer Mercurio, am the defendant in the above-
captioned action, which is an appeal from a judgment rendered by
District Justice Manlove on September 1, 1994, awarding Plaintiff
possession of the apartment in which I reside and alleged back
rent.
2. The rent for my apartment, located at 232 State Street,
Apartment C, West Fairview, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is
$265.00 per month, and becomes due on the 1st day of each month.
3. My next rent payment will be due on or before the 1st
day of November, 1994.
4. I verify that the statements made in this Affidavit are
