Sean Lynn RoU880n is a juvenUe child born in Hsrrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania on November 23, 1989 and is the subject ofthe instant litigation. 15. Plaintiffs. Charles L. Rol1ason, Jr. and Helen M. Rol1ason, are the paternal grandperenta of the child and have provided care, custody and support of the child continuously /'rom the time of his birth on November 23, 1989 until the present time except for the months of June, July and Auauat 0( 1990. 6. The father, Msrk R. Rol1ason, is the nstural father of the child who continues to reside often 1rith his parents, the Plaintiffs herein. 7. Beverly Jean RoUaaon is the nstural mother of the child who has lived seperate and lIplIIi from {, for the child's needs. the child continuously since August 24, 1990. 8. During the child's life, eltCept for the months of June, July and August of 1990. the Plantm hAw been the primary csretakers of the child and the sctual custodians of the child and have provided ~ ' 9. The pertinent information pertaining to the child who is the subject of this litigation is as follows: Sean Lynn Rollason, born November 23, 1989. 2. A Conciliation Conference was held on December 16, 1994, with the following individuals in attendance, The Paternal Grandparents, Charles L. Rollason, Jr., and Helen M. Rollason, who appeared with their counsel, Ronald Turo, Esquire. The Mother and Father were served with notice of this Hearing and did not attend. The Mother contacted Attorney Turo and indicated that she was not coming and that she agreed with the Grandparents having custody.
