STIPULATION WAIVING LIENS
WHEREAS, R. S. Mowery & Sons, I nc .has entered into a contract with Carlisle 5ynTeo: Systems,
Division of Carlisle Corporation, to provide materials and perform labor necessary for improvement to the real
property situated in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, PelUlSylvania, on the north side of U.S. Route
II South more particularly described in deeds recorded in the Office for the Recording of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, PelWylvania on March 20, 19S7 in Deed Book R, Volume 17 at Page 483 and June 19,
1981 in Deed Book L, Volume 29 at Page S39.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and aareed by and betWeen the said parties, as part of the
said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned Contractor, any subcontractor
or material man, nor any other person furnishini labor or materials to the said Contractor under this contract shall
tile a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any
part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Cumberland County, PelUlSylvania Prothonotary
within ten (10) days after dare, in accordance with requirements of Act of Assembly ofPelWylvania. in such case
provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties have hereunto set their bands and seals this 26 th day
of September . 199~.
