for weed and vegetation removal services rendered September 27,
1994. Said services were rendered pursuant to Borough Code of
Ordinances, Chapter X, Section 2, in accordance with direction of
Borough Council voted upon on September 12, 1994.
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of

statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners'
account with the Borough of Mount Holly Springs, which sum of
$146.48 for the above services was duly assessed against the
above Owners and premises beginning September 27, 1994 and for

which sum, with interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed
against the above premises in accordance with the Act of October
29, 1981, P.L. 319, No. 113, as amended.
