UPON DEMAND, after date, WE, the undersigned, jointly and severally, promise to pay
to the order of CAROLINE NOLEN, the sum of (520,000.00) DoUan, without offset, for
value received, with interest at the rate of 6.5% per annum, Protest waived, Any additional loans
and advances granted to the undersigned or any of them, with interest and charges, shall also be
secured hereby.
AND FURTHER, WE, jointly and severally, do hereby aulhorize and empower any
attorney of any Court of Record of PeMsylvania, or elsewhere, to appear for and to enter
judgment against us, or any of us. jointly and severally, for the said sum of 520,000.00 with costs
of suiu, release of errors, without stay of execution and with 10% added for collection fees; and
WE, jointly and severally, also hereby waive and release all relief from any and all appraisement,
stay or exemption laws of any state now in force or hereafter to be passed.
This Note is payable in full on or before October 5th. 1997. with interest only payable until then.
but Obligors reserve the right to pr8llay in full or in any lesser amount before October 5th. 1997.
