WILLIAMS & OTTO, snd hereby avers as follows: ], Plaintiff is Carlisle Hospital, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation with its principle place of business at 246 Parker Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17013, 2 The Defendants are husband and wife residing at 40 South Fourth Street, Newport, Pennsylvsnia, 17074, 3. The Defendant, Lisa E. Meals. wad provided medical care at Carlisle Hospital from August 6. 1993 through August 9, 1993, for a total cost of$2,43 1.57. 4, A copy of the bills for that treatment which have been previously sent to the Defendant, are hereby attached as Exhibit "A", 5, The outstanding balance of $2,43 I, 57 represents the reasonable and necessary value of the reasonable and necessary medical services provided to the Defendant, for which they have yet to pay, 6, The Defendants have breached an expressed or impled agreement with Plaintiff to pay the reasonable value of the services rendered to the Defendant 7, The Defendants are liable to the Plaintiff and/or have been unjustly enriched in the amount of$2,43 1.57 plus pre- and post-judgment interest and costs.
