NOW, to wit. MAY 26, 1998 the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Department of Labor and Industry, to the use of !he Unemployment Compensation Pund.
Plaintiff in the above action. through ilS Chief Counsel, by ilS Deputy Chief Counsel for
Employment Security, acknowledges having received of the Defendant above named full
payment and satisfaction of the above captioned Lien. with the interest and coaLs thereon due
it; and desire that salisfaction be entered upon the records thereof.
AND you. the Prothonotary of said Court. upon receipt by you of your COllts, arc
hereby aUlhorized and empowered. in the name and stead of the Plaintiff. to enter full
satisfaction upon the record of said Lien as fully and effectually, to all intenlS and purposes.
