numbered cause came on to be heard before this Court.
APPEARANCES
petitioner, DAVID LEE CONRAD, JR., appeared in person and by
attorney and announcod ready for trial.
Respondent, JENNI REBBECA CONRAD, having been duly served with
citation in this cause on February 25, 1994, having filed no
.
answer. or entered an appearance herein, the answer date having
duly expired, did not appear, and wholly makes default herein, and,
accordingly, this court duly adjudges her in default.
FINDINGS
After examining the pleadings and hearing the evidence and
arguments of counsel, the Court finds that:
a. The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and subject
matter herein.
b. The petitioner'S original petition for divorce has been
on file in this Court for at least 60 days.

c. As required by Section 3.21 of the Family Code,
petitioner has been a domiciliary of this state for th~
preceding six-month period and a resident of this county
for the preceding gO-day period.
d. The material allegations contained in the petition for
divorce are true.
e. There are no children of this marriage, nor are there any
expected.
ORDERS
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that:
1. Th~ marriage between petitioner and respondent be
dissolved and this decree of divorce be granted to
petitioner.
2. The property in the possession of the petitioner shall be
the separate property of petitioner, and respondent is
hereby divested of all right, title, and interest to such
property.
3. The property in the possession of the respondent shall be
the separate property of respondent, and petitioner i&
hereby divested of all right, title, and interest to such
property.
4. The parties are responsible for their own debts after
date hereof. The Petitioner and Respondent are each
responsible for those debts they each incurred during the
marriage.
5. All tax liability, including any obligation for federal
income taxes, which has been incurred by the parties
dut'ing the mart'iage shall be paid by party incurring
same.
6. Costs of suit are taxed against the party incurring the
costs.
7. All other relief not expressly granted is denied.
