ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land, .ituate in the Town.hip of Penn,
County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, referred to al Lot NO.3, more
particularly bounded end described in accordance with the 'inal
Subdivi.ion Plan of Mount Rock Manor, prepared by Eric L.
Dlffenbaugh, Profelsional Lend Surveyor, which Subdivi.ion Plen hal
been approved by the approl'rlate municipal euthorltiel and is
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Oeeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennlylvania, in Plan Book 68, Page 49, a.
follows:
BEGINNING at a railroad spike set in centerline of Mount Rock Road
(SR3015) at common corner of Lot Nos. 3 and 2; thence along common
boundary line of Lot Nos. 3 and 2, North forty-five (45) degrees
fifty-one (51) minutes nine (09) leconds East, five hundred flve
and seventy-five hundredths (505.75) feet to an iron pin in line of
land now or formerly of Robert A. Sulomanj thence along line of
land now or formerly of Robert A. Suloman, South sixty (60) degrees
thirty-three (33) minutes ten (10) seconds East, one hundred
eightY-Ieven and sixty-four hundredths (181.64) feet to an iron pin
at common corner of Lot Nos. 3 and 4; thence along common boundary
