4. Since approximately 1991, the defendant ha. attempted to

bodily injury to the plaintiff, and by phy.ical .enaoe haa placed
tha plaintiff in fear of imminent .eriou. bodily injury. Thi.

ao On or about October 2, 1994, the defendant backed the
plaintiff into a corner with hi. body and .crea.ed 1n her faoe
wbile .enaoin9ly pointin9 hie finger in the plaintiff'. face.
When the plaintiff atte.pted to get away, the defendant
reatrained her by qrabbin9 her wri.t. and puehing her back into
the corn.r. Th. d.fendant th.n thr.w . full b..r can into the
corn.r, hitting a cup and br.aking it, cauaing the plaintiff to
become .ore fright.ned. Th. d.f.ndant puah.d the plaintiff back
aqain.t the .ink, thr.atened the plaintiff with hi. fi.t, and hit
the pl.intiff with hi. fiat on the bridge of the noa. with .nough
fore. to cau.e the plaintiff to f.ll to the ground. Th.
plaintiff tried to get out of the kitchen, but the d.f.ndant
r.atr.ined h.r with hi. body. Th. plaintiff call.d the polic.
who r.mov.d the d.f.ndant from the r.aid.nce. Th. plaintiff
auffer.d bruiaing to her .ye and noae.
b. On or about Sept.mb.r 11, 1994, the d.fendant lean.d
m.nacingly ov.r the plaintiff, who wa. lying in b.d, and .cr....d
at h.r. Th. plai.ntitf attempt.d to move out of the b.d, but the
d.f.ndant pu.hed h.r back down a.veral time.. Wh.n the plaintiff
wa. able to g.t away. the def.ndant re.trained h.r in the roo.,
blocking the door with hia body. When the plaintiff went into
the bathroom, the d.fendant followed the plaintiff, corn. red her,
grabbed her by the wri.ta, and acream.d in her fac.. Th.
plaintiff euffered pain and bruiaing about h.r wri.t..
c. On or about sept.mber 10, 1994, the defendant grabbed
the pl.intiff'. hand and back.d her into a corn.r, re.training
h.r from l.aving. When the plaintiff .tt.mpted to leave, the
defend.nt grabbed her by both wri.t. and re.trained her from
l.aving.
d. On or about September 9, 1994, while the plaintiff and
def.ndant were in the vehicl., the d.f.ndant beca.. enraged and
drove at a high rate of .peed, for approxi.ately twenty minute.,
thr.at.ning to wr.ck th. car and kill the. both, cau.ing th.
pl.intiff to f.ar for her lif.. Wh.n the def.ndant finally
.topped the car, th. plaintiff att..pt.d to get out of th. c.r,
but th. d.fendant grabbed h.r by th. ar. and pull.d h.r back into
th. car. After th. partie. arrived ho.., th. d.fendant corn.r~d
th. plaintiff in the bathroo., grabbed h.r by both wri.t., and
.cr....d in her face. The plaintiff .uff.r.d brui.ing to her
ara. and wri.t..

def.ndant corn.r.d the plaintiff in the bathroo., re.train.d her
by holding h.r ar.. and wri.t., and pu.hed h.r back into th.

how crazy I a.," and pull.d clump. of hair froll hia h.ad, ripped
th. front of hi. .hirt open, forc.fully beat on hi.a.lf, and
punch.d a hole in the clo.et door, cauaing th. plaintiff to
beco.. frighten.d and f.ar for h.r .af.ty. Th. d.fendant th.n
pac.d back and forth, and wh.n the plaintiff tried to leav. the
room, grabbed the plaintiff by th. back of th. hair and
forcefully pull.d her back into th. roo.. Th. defendant then
ahoved her into the .hower, cauaing her to fall. Th. plaintiff
auffered bruiaing to her ar.a and leg..
