1. plaintiff., MARX N. KAVISH , LISA A. KAVISH,

Siap.on str.et, M.chanicsburg, CUmberland county, penn.ylvania.
2. Def.ndant, CHARLES PISANO, is an adult individual
with a last known addre.. of 506 w..t Main street, Mechanicsburg,
cumberland county, p.nn.Ylvania.
3. Def.ndant'. place of employment i. the True Temper
Hardwar. company locat.d at Railroad Avenue, Shireman.town,
CUmberland County, p.nnsylvania.
4. At all times relevant to this Complaint Plaintiff.
own.d, po......d and maintained a beagle dog a. a p.t.
4. At all time. rel.vant to this Complaint Def.ndant
own.d, po......d and maintained a certain dog which plaintiffs
believe to be a g.~an sh.pard.
5. On October 18, 1993, at approximat.ly 4130 p...,
Def.ndant vas walking with hi. dog in M.morial Park,
M.chanic.burg, P.nnsylvania. During this walk D.f.ndant
per.itted hi. dog to walk on hi. own without a leash and
oth.rwi.. fail.d to r.strain or control the animal.
6. At the ti.. not.d in Paragraph 5 Plaintiff, LISA
KAVISH, wa. walking with plaintiff.' dog in M..orial Park,
~ .
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Plaintiff did maintain control of
her dog during this walk.
7. At the time noted in Paragraph 5 Defendant's dog
8uddenly and without provocation, charged, attacked and twice bit
the Plaintiff, LISA RAVISH, on her right leg.
8. Defendant knew or should have known that his dog
was of a vicious and aggressive nature and liable to become
dangerous and uncontrollable.
9. Defendant was negligent in walking his dog without
a leash and otherwise failing to restrain or control the animal
and was negligent in failing to warn Plaintiff or otherwise
taking steps to protect Plaintiff.
10. Solely as a result of the attack by Defendant's
dog, Plaintiff, LISA RAVISH, suffered the following injuries and
damages:
a. a laceration of along on her lower right leg,
b. infection at the site of the injury,
c. permanent scaring at the site of the injury and
d. pain at the site of the injury and in her lower
right leg and con.equent Buffering.
11. Solely as a result of the attack by Defendant'.
dog, Plaintiffs have expended varioue aums of money for ..dical
treat..nt and .edioine to treat and remidy the previously
desoribe~ injuries.
12. As a further result of the attaok by Defendant's
dog, Plaintiff, LISA RAVISH, was hindered and prevented from
attending to her usual and daily oocupation to her finanoial loss
and da.age.
