rule of Civil Procedure.
This Order and Petlllon shall be docketed In the Orrice of the
Prothonotary snd forllarded to the Sheriff for service. The Prothonotary shall
not send a copy of this Order and Petition to the defendant by aail.

A. Orant a Tesporar~ Order pursuant to the "Protection fro. Abuse Act":
1. Requiring the defendant to refrain fro. abusing the
plaintiff or placing her in fear or abuse.
2. Requirinll the defendant to refrain fro. stalking the
plaintUf. and harassing the plaintiff or her relatives.
3. Granting tesporary custody of the Dinor child to the
plaintUf.
4. Ordering the defendant to refrain fro. daaaging or
destroying any property owned by the piaintiff or any property owned
joint.ly by the parties.
B. Schedule a hearing in accordance with the provisions of t.he
"Prot,ect.ion fro. Abuse Act," and, after such hearing, enter an order t.o be in
effect for a period of one year:
1. Requiring the defendant to refrain froa abusing the
plaintiff or placing her in fear of abuse.
2. Requiring the defendant to refrain froll atalking the
plaintiff, and harassing the plaintiff or her relatives.
