Pennsylvania. It is denied that Defendant lives at 107 West
Ridge Road, Dillsburg, York County, Pennsylvania.

that Plaintiff worked as Design Unit Director but denies any

property but Defendant never authorized compensation for those
items as Defendant had been advised that Eynon Design Company,
hired by Atlas Graphics and Design Inc. in 1991, owed
considerable monies to Lasting Impressions (the print division
owned by Atlis Graphics and Oesign, Inc.) In order to offset some
of the debt, it was Defendant's understanding the equipment
listed in this paragraph was t:ansferrcd to the ownership of
Atlis Graphics and Design, Inc.
11. Denied. After reasonable investigation, Defendant i.
without knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as
to the truth of averment as these were used items of equipment.
12. Admitted in Part and Denied in Part. It is admitted
that the property was maintained at Defendants' 5040 Louise
Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania location. It is denied that
Plaintiff could not have performed her duties as Design Unit
Directo~ as equipment was made available by Atlis Graphics and
Design, Inc.
13. Denied. After reasonable investigation, Defendant ia
ithout knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as
to the truth of this averment. Defendant personallY did not
withhold or order Plaintiff's property to be withheld.

without knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as
to the truth of this averment. Defendant has not been employed
by Atlls Graphics and Design, Inc., since January 31, 1994 and
has no knowledge of the location of the property at this time.

to the truth of this averment. Defendant was not a party to
these activities.

Plaintiff was being terminated nor gave any reason for

activities with Harry Putt or any other employees.
