eauaed directly and proximately by the negligence and/or
carele..ne.a of Defendant, Harold T. Lavoie, Jr., generally and
more apecifically aa aet forth below:
(a) In failing to operate hi. vehicle at a .peed
that would allow him to apply hia brake. and
atop before atriking plaintiff.' vehicle;
(b) In failing to operate hi. vehicle at a .peed
in which he could atop within the a..ured clear
diatance, in violation of 75 Pa.C.B.A. 53361;
(c) In failing to operate aaid vehicle at a apeed
which waa aafe for exiating conditiona, in
violation of 75 Pa.C.B.A. 53361;
(d) In failing to follow at a aafe diatance, in
violation of 75 Pa.C.B.A. 53310;
(e) In failing to aaintain proper and adequate
ob.ervation of the traffic condition. then
