6, AI . direct and proximate result of the nc.liaent, careless and/or reckless lets of
the Defendant, Jacob D. Kline, the Plaintiff. Michael P. Rohrbauah, has suffered iI\lurles which
were and are severe. painful. serious and permanent. These ill.iuries include. but are IlOtllmlled
to:
(a) a severe proximal riaht humerus fracture
(b) a severe lacenlion of the forehead;
(c) a left shin contusion (with ecchymosis);
(d) aggnvation of back problems;
(e) nerve injuries to the shoulder/neck; and
(I) discogenic bladder.
7. As a further direct and proximate result of the IICgligent, careless and/or reckless
acts of the Defendant. Jacob D. lOinc, the Plainliff, Michael P. Rohrbauah. has been obli.aled
to receive and undcr.o medical allCntion, care and expenses for the ill.iuries he has suffered and
may be obllaaled to continue to incur such expenses for an indefinite time in the future.
8. As a further direct and proximate rcsull of the nc.liaenl. careless and/or reckless
lets of the Defendant. Jacob D. Kllne, the Plaintiff. Michael P. Rohrbaugh, has suffered a loss
of eamillls Indlor Impairment of his eaminl capacily and power.
9. As a further direct and proximate result of the nc,liaenl, careless and/or reckless
lets of the Defendalll. JKob D. Klinc. the Plaintiff, Michael P. Rohrbaulh. has suffered
medieally decermlnable physical impllrmellll whic:h have prevenred him from pedonnina all of
the normal lell IDd dudes which constitute his
usuallDd customary daily letlvides.
10. As I fwthcr directlDd proximate result of the nealiaent, careless and/or reckless
acll of the Defendant. Jacob D. Kline, the Pllintiff. Michael P. Rohrbauah. has experienced
severe pain IDd sufferilll. mental anauish and humiliation. and in the future mlY contilWe to so
experience .
11. As I fwthcr direct and proximate result of the neallaent, careless and/or reckless
acll of the Defendant, Jacob D. Kline, the Plaintiff. Michael P. Rohrbaup. has suffered 11056
of life's pleasures and in the future will continue to suffer a loss of life's pleasures.
WHEREFORE. Plaindff, Michael P. Rohrbauah, demands judament aaainst
Defendant. Jacob D. Kline. in an amount in excess of the compulsory arbittation limill. plus
COlli and interest II provided by law.
