2. Def~ndants Howard C. Gale, Jr. and Rita R. Gale, are adult
individual. livinq and re.idinq at 508 Gale Road, Camp Hill, penn.yl-
vania 17011.
3. On or about AUCjU.t 30, 1989, Defendant., for good and
valuable conaideration made, executed and delivered a cODlDlercial Loan
Note Line of cr.dit to plaintiff in the amount of Fifty Thou.and
Dollar. ($50,000.00) plu, intere.t thereon. A true and correct copy
of .aid cODlDlercial Loan Note Line of Credit i8 attached hereto, made a
part hereof and marked Exhibit "A".
4. The cODlllercial Loan Note Line of Credit referred to in
