1. Plaintiff Dauphin Oepolit Bank and Trult Company i. a Itate
banking in.titution with it. principal office at 213 Market street,
Harri.burg, Pennlylvania 17105.
2. Defendant. Howard C. Gale, Jr. and Rita R. Gale, are adult
individual. livinq and residing at 508 Gale Road, Camp Hill, Penn.yl-
vania 17011.
3. On or about December 1, 1991, Defendant., for 900d and
valuable con.ideration made, executed and delivered a Commercial Loan
Note to Plaintiff in the amount of Seventy Three Thou. and Two Hundred
Six Dollar. and forty-Nine Cent. ($73,206.49) pluI interelt thereon.
A true and correct copy of laid Commeroial Loan Not. i. attached
hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "AU.
4. The Commercial Loan Note referred to in Paragraph 3 above
hal not been alli9ned by Plaintiff to any perlon or organization.
5. Judgment ha. not been entered on the Commercial Loan Note
referred to in Paragraph 3 above in any jurildiction.
