WHEREAS. ,NRC Roofinq hu entered into Hontracl with Carlisle SynTec Systems.
Division of Carlisle Corporation. to provide malerlals and perform labor necessary for improvemenllO the real
property sirualed in the Borou.h of Carlisle, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania. on the nonh side of U ,$, Roule
II South more panicularly described in deeds recorded in the Office for the Recordin. of Deeds in and for
Cumberland Counly. Pennsylvania on March 20. 1957 in Deed Book R. Volume 17 at Pa.e 483 and Jllne 19,
1911 in Deed Book L. Volume 29 al Pale .539,
NOW THEREFORE. it is hereby stipulated and allreed by and between the said panl.., u pan of the
said contract and for the considerallon therein set fonh. that neither the undersi~ned Contractor. any ~ubconlfaclor
or malerial man. nor any other person furnish in. labor or materials to the said Contractor under this contracl shall
file a lien. commonly called a mechanic's lien. for work done or materials furnished to the said build in. or any
pan thereof.
This stipulalion is made and intended 10 be flied with the Cumberland County. Pennsylvania Prothonotary
within Ien (10) days after date. in accordance with requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania. in such cue
provided.
